INSURANCE CLAUSE. 1. Party A shall be responsible for handling the liability insurance for the goods in the warehouse, and the insurance fee shall be borne by Party B. the charging standard is 0.5 yuan / m2, and the insurance fee shall be settled together with the storage fee.
INSURANCE CLAUSE. In respect of any valid claim for loss or damage to the property at the Premises, caused by theft or attempted theft, You shall bear the percentage amount in respect of each and every claim as stated in the Schedule alongside this endorsement number, or the minimum amount stated, whichever is the greater, as ascertained after the application of all the terms of the Certificate including any condition of average. It is warranted that You shall not effect insurance in respect of these amounts stated in the Schedule.
INSURANCE CLAUSE. Cubist shall, at its sole cost and expense, obtain and keep in force general liability insurance with bodily injury, death and property damage limits of [ ]* Dollars (US$[ ]*) per occurrence and [ ]* Dollars (US$[ ]*) in the aggregate including product liability coverage. INSURANCE CLAUSE. Lessor and Lessee agree that no insurer of any interest of either is to have any right of subrogation against the other and that all fire and other insurance policies carried by the other on the leased premises or the fixtures and equipment therein or other contents thereof will contain a full waiver of subrogation by the insurer against the other and its assigns.

INSURANCE CLAUSE a. The bank will insure the borrower’s life against death or permanent partial disability or permanent total disability up to the approved loan amount through arrangement between the banks and reputed insurance company in Oman in case the customer wishes bank to arrange the insurance cover.
INSURANCE CLAUSE.
