CONTRACTOR’S PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES. Contractor shall create and maintain the master project schedule with identified milestones • Contractor shall coordinate project resources and work so that milestones are met in an efficient manner; tasks will be designed so as to minimize implementation time and cost while taking into consideration resource and time constraints such as City staff availability. The Project Manager will serve as the main point of contact for the City project manager; management and coordination of subcontractors, if applicable, will be part of Contractor Project Plan. Phase reviews will be included in the project schedule. The project manager will coordinate phase reviews with the City. • Contractor shall provide updates every month to the work plan and project budget, or as requested by the City project manager. • Contractor shall execute project management and control. This should include bi-weekly progress meetings and reporting to the City CONTRACTOR’S PROJECT MANAGEMENT DELIVERABLES: • Contractor shall provide Master Project Schedule • Contractor shall provide phase completion reviews template with major milestones • Contractor shall prepare a progress report every month that will be due the Monday following the monthly reporting period. The reporting period will end on Friday. • Contractor will coordinate with the City of Phoenix and facilitate the review, technical and weekly project meetings PROJECT MANAGEMENT REPORTS This report shall include the following items: • An updated project schedule with explanations of all deviations from the approved schedule together with a plan to recover the schedule within the project budget • An updated documentation schedule highlighting documents transmitted for City review with a summary of current and anticipated problem areas and resolutions. • An updated list of project action items, their status and due dates • A summary of planned activities for the upcoming two week period • A summary of any change requests and contract questions PROGRESS REVIEW MEETINGS • Progress review meetings shall be scheduled every month approximately one (1) week after delivery of the Progress Report. The progress meeting will be held at City designated facilities. As a minimum, the Contractor Project Manager will attend the Progress Meetings.   • Management Responsibilities The exclusive representative recognizes the right and obligation of the School Board to efficiently manage and conduct the operation of the School District within its legal limitations and with its primary obligation to provide educational opportunity for the students of the School District.

  • Contractor Responsibilities 19.1. Contractor shall perform national criminal history checks for Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, and 10-panel drug screening tests on all prospective employees performing work under this RFP or coming onto a CMHA property and any resulting contract and provide summaries of the results to the Authority if requested. For the purposes of this section, the term “employees” includes contractor. Prospective employees whose criminal background check discloses a misdemeanor or felony involving crimes of moral turpitude, sexual offenses or harm to persons or property shall not be employed to perform work under this RFP or any resulting contract. Contractor is required to perform drug screening of all employees and to ensure acceptable test results. Criminal history and drug screening checks will be completed at the sole expense of the contractor. Any employee of the Contractor suspected of being under the influence of drugs and or alcohol will be reported to the appropriate personnel at CMHA and/or other local law enforcement. If the employee is determined to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in any form or manner, or believed by proper authority to be dealing in illicit sale of alcohol or drugs they will be removed and shall not be allowed to return to any job site on the Authority’s property. The Contractor’s contract may be suspended and/or terminated should such a situation occur or if the Contractor fails to submit results pursuant to this section.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • Development Responsibilities Unless the Parties agree in writing upon an alternate allocation of responsibility, the Parties shall have the following rights and obligations with respect to operational responsibilities under each Development Plan:

  • Client Responsibilities You are responsible for (a) assessing each participants’ suitability for the Training, (b) enrollment in the appropriate course(s) and (c) your participants’ attendance at scheduled courses.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Contractor’s Responsibilities Unless stated specifically to the contrary in the tender with full supporting explanations, the contractor will be deemed to have concurred as a practical manufacturer with the design and layout of the works as being sufficient to ensure reliability and safety in operation, freedom from undue stresses and satisfactory performance in all other essentials as a working material.

  • ARCHITECT’S RESPONSIBILITIES § 2.1 The Architect shall provide professional services as set forth in this Agreement. The Architect represents that it is properly licensed in the jurisdiction where the Project is located to provide the services required by this Agreement, or shall cause such services to be performed by appropriately licensed design professionals.

  • Joint Responsibilities 2.1.1 University and Affiliate each will identify, and notify each other of, a person responsible for serving as its liaison during the course of this affiliation. The appointment of liaisons shall be subject to mutual approval of the parties.
