Updated Project Schedule definition

Updated Project Schedule has the meaning set out in Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols];
Updated Project Schedule means an updated detailed project schedule setting forth the expected schedule for the engineering, procurement and construction of the Renewable Diesel Conversion, showing the projected date for achievement of Conversion Completion for the construction of the Renewable Diesel Conversion, delivered to the Lenders pursuant to Section 4.02(b).
Updated Project Schedule means the most recent instance of the Project Schedule.

Examples of Updated Project Schedule in a sentence

  • Each Updated Project Schedule shall be sequentially numbered and dated for identification, and Contractor shall separately maintain and archive electronically throughout the term of the Contract (e.g., no Updated Project Schedule shall “over-write” the prior version or versions of the Project Schedule or Updated Project Schedule).

  • Updated Project Schedule(s) shall be subject to Princeton University’s written approval, shall not change the previously established Scheduled Completion Date or the Schedule Milestones, and shall not be binding upon Princeton University until Princeton University has approved such Updated Project Schedule.

  • In addition to the Updated Project Schedule, and any other reports required under Clause E1, Contractor shall provide monthly progress reports (in narrative form) that analyze and comment on issues in the Updated Project Schedule.

  • Contractor will submit an electronic Project Schedule file to be posted by Princeton to the cloud-based scheduling environment as Contractor’s Updated Project Schedule for Princeton University review.

  • If requested by Princeton University, Contractor shall endeavor to provide for and implement a time recovery plan to minimize the effects of any such delay upon the then-current approved (Updated) Project Schedule.

  • Contractor shall post all Primavera files and data associated with the Project Schedule and any revisions thereto to the Princeton University PCS site.CLAUSE E3 PROGRESS AND COMPLETION(a) Time is of the essence for all provisions of the Contract.(b) Contractor shall achieve Schedule Milestone dates and the Substantial Completion Date in accordance with the (Updated) Project Schedule.

Related to Updated Project Schedule

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Estimated Project Cost means Benchmark cost of MNRE which is Rs 8.00 Crore/MWp as per MNRE letter no. 03/20/2014-15/GCRT/11.12.14 at the time of Bid Due date.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Scheduled Project Completion Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.3 (c);

  • Detailed Project Report or ‘‘DPR’’ means the detailed project report relating to Station Development Project and Redevelopment Project attached hereto;

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Development Budget means the cost categories listed on Pages 8 - 11 in Form 3 that are directly related to the proposed Project as submitted in the Application. Indirect or off-site costs not directly related to the development of the project are not valid or eligible costs.

  • The Contract Price/Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.
