MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES as used herein shall refer to any and all duties of Manager as illustrated in Article 3 particularly, and in this Agreement generally. All actions, undertakings and performances by Manager pursuant to this Agreement and to an Approved Property Budget, as defined in Section 7.3, shall be at Owner's sole cost and expense, except as provided in Section 10.5 of this Agreement. Any press releases, publicity statements or promotional materials regarding this appointment or this Agreement shall be issued by Manager subject to Owner's prior written approval and Manager shall bear the expense (which, if approved by Owner, shall be reimbursed by Owner) of the preparation, distribution and dissemination of any such statements.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES. Management has overall responsibility for providing, maintaining and operating the PSH Units. Specific tasks related to implementing the permanent supportive housing component include, but are not limited to: Enter into, and maintain a Memorandum of Understanding with a Lead and Referring Agency. Negotiate reasonable accommodations to facilitate the admittance and retention of Tenants of Targeted Units. Implement and maintain a communications plan between Management, Lead Agency and Referring/Service Partner(s) that will accommodate staff turnover and assure continuing linkages for the duration of the compliance period. Develop and maintain a Plan with the Lead Agency and Service Partner(s) that describes the procedures to be used to help Tenants apply for, get accepted, and maintain tenancy in a Targeted Unit. Help the Lead Agency, Referring/Service Partner(s) and applicants understand the rent structure for Targeted Units, and how rental assistance can be accessed. Affirmatively market to eligible Tenants, and maintain a record of those efforts. Execute all pertinent documents to create a valid tenancy with the Tenant. Notify the Lead Agency as to the disposition of applications for PSH Units, and consider requests for Reasonable Accommodations for those not accepted. Develop working relationships with the Lead Agency, Referring/Service Partner(s), and other members of the local services community. Notify the Lead Agency regarding anticipated and actual vacancies in PSH Units, such as prior to commencement of pre-leasing or upon receipt of intent to vacant PSH Units. Contact the Lead Agency with questions regarding an application for a PSH Unit, or issues that may arise with Tenants.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES. The name(s) of NGC personnel who are authorized to initiate the TWR processes will be identified for each IA. The name(s) of individuals within the Depot who can receive unilateral TWRs, as well as those who can negotiate and sign as a part of the bilateral TWR process, will also be identified for each IA. The primary contact for TWR discrepancies or issues shall be the designated NGC representative. Numbering: TWRs will be numbered in accordance with established AFMC guidance for AFMC Forms 206. MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES means the responsibilities for the management of the Water Services that are transferred by the Council to the Water Organisation as set out in Appendix 1 of Schedule 2, but excluding those management responsibilities set out in Appendix 2 of Schedule 2.
