CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS. All personnel performing on this contract will be U.S. citizens. CNIC requires all Contractor personnel working on the Federally-controlled facility to have, at a minimum, an initiated National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI=T1) or NACI equivalent and favorable completion of a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check.

CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS. 14.1 Contractor Identification. In the performance of this contract, Contractor employees shall identify themselves as Contractor personnel by introducing themselves or being introduced as such, and by displaying distinguishing badges or other visible identification for meetings with Government personnel or when representatives from another contractor are present. Contractor personnel shall appropriately identify themselves as Contractor employees in telephone conversations and written correspondence, including email.

CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS. On-site contractor personnel working within Government facilities on a continuous basis, part-time or full-time, must be recognizable as contractors while in government facilities. This may be accomplished by wearing of appropriate identification badges as applicable by site location. Additionally, contractor personnel whose duties include answering telephones at Government work sites shall identify themselves as contractor employees. DOE Background Investigations are required for Contractor personnel assigned to work on-site. For those employees who were employed under the previous contract, the security file must be updated to reflect the Contractor’s information. All contractor personnel will be required to obtain a Federal credential through the security office. This credential must be worn on outside clothing at all times while working at any DOE site. Any separated Contract personnel shall return credentials to the cognizant DOE Security Office. The COR or Contracting Officer shall be informed by letter when employees no longer need access for whatever reason, or when a badge expires.

  • Personnel Requirements a. The CONTRACTOR shall secure, at the CONTRACTOR'S own expense, all personnel required to perform this Contract.

  • CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS As per the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 3701-3708), where applicable, all Customer Purchase Orders in excess of ,000 that involve the employment of mechanics or laborers must include a provision for compliance with 40 U.S.C. 3702 and 3704, as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 5). Under 40 U.S.C. 3702 of the Act, each contractor must be required to compute the wages of every mechanic and laborer on the basis of a standard work week of 40 hours. Work in excess of the standard work week is permissible provided that the worker is compensated at a rate of not less than one and a half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in the work week. The requirements of 40 U.S.C. 3704 are applicable to construction work and provide that no laborer or mechanic must be required to work in surroundings or under working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous. These requirements do not apply to the purchases of supplies or materials or articles ordinarily available on the open market, or contracts for transportation or transmission of intelligence.

  • Contractor Personnel – Reference Checks The Contractor warrants that all persons employed to provide service under this Contract have satisfactory past work records indicating their ability to adequately perform the work under this Contract. Contractor’s employees assigned to this project must meet character standards as demonstrated by background investigation and reference checks, coordinated by the agency/department issuing this Contract.

  • Functional Requirements Applications must implement controls that protect against known vulnerabilities and threats, including Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top 10 Risks and denial of service (DDOS) attacks.
