Contract Personnel. MDOC shall, throughout the life of the contract, have the right of reasonable rejection and approval of staff or subcontractors assigned to the work by Contractor. If the Agency reasonably rejects staff or subcontractors, Contractor must provide replacement staff or subcontractors satisfactory to the Agency in a timely manner and at no additional cost to the Agency. The day-to-day supervision and control of Contractor’s employees and subcontractors is the sole responsibility of the Contractor.
Contract Personnel. 4.1. The Contractor shall develop and maintain appropriate staffing levels throughout the term of this Contract and shall adjust its resources, as necessary, to maintain compliance with all requirements of this Contract.
