Content License from You. In agreeing to use the Hosted Services, You hereby grant to Altium a non-exclusive, worldwide royalty-free license during the term You use such Hosted Services to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and publicly display such Content that is meant or designed to be available to other Hosted Services users pursuant to the terms of Your Altium Product purchase. By uploading any Content that is meant for public access to other users of the Hosted Services You represent and warrant that such Content is owned by or licensed by You in a manner that provides for such public access.
Content License from You. 6.1 You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content which you provide to us or Our Affiliates or submit, post or display on or through the Services. By providing, submitting, posting or displaying such Content, however, you grant to us and Our Affiliates and any search engines or other third party with which we or Our Affiliates place Advertising, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to (i) use, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, copy, manipulate (including making thumbnail and full-scale copies of Content) and distribute the Content in connection with providing you the Services; (ii) make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom we have relationships in connection with providing you the Services; (iii) access, index, cache, and display the website(s) to which your Advertisements link, or any portion thereof by any means including web spiders and crawlers.
Content License from You. You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that GUSA has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any content that you create, transmit or display while using the Globalstar Services and any associated software and for the consequences of your actions by doing so. You acknowledge that the GUSA messages may include your location information. You acknowledge and agree that by submitting, posting or displaying the content you give GUSA a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Globalstar Services and any associated software. Furthermore, you agree that this license includes a right for GUSA to make such content available to other companies, organizations or individuals as required for the provision of the Globalstar Services, including xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx and/or any social connectivity sites designated by you. In order to provide the Globalstar Services, GUSA may be required to transmit or distribute your content over various public networks and in various media. GUSA may also be required to make changes to your content if so required by the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media.

You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that SPOT has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any content that you create, transmit or display while using the Services and any associated or embedded software and for the consequences of your actions by doing so. You acknowledge that the SPOT messages may include your location information. You acknowledge and agree that by submitting, posting or displaying the content you give SPOT a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services and any associated or embedded software. Furthermore, you agree that this license includes a right for SPOT to make such content available to other companies, organizations or individuals as required for the provision of the Services, including xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, certain Service Providers and third party providers/vendors, and/or any social connectivity sites designated by you. In order to provide the Services, SPOT may be required to transmit or distribute your content over various public networks and in various media. SPOT may also be required to make changes to your content if so required by the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services, associated or embedded software, and/or media. Additionally, the use and/or collection of certain content and information by third party software providers may be subject to additional terms and conditions and policies, as discussed in Section 7.3.
Content License from You. 11.1 Unless Giftet has given you specific written permission to do so, you may not assign (or grant a sub-license of) your rights to use the Software, grant a security interest in or over your rights to use the Software, or otherwise transfer any part of your rights to use the Software.

Content License from You. 10.1 Some areas of the Services may allow Users to post news, feedback, comments, Questions, data, documents, pictures and other information (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content that you upload, publish, display, link to or otherwise make available (hereinafter, “Post”) on the Website/App and you agree that we are only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your User Content. SwasthEDU will not review, distribute, or reference any such User Content except as provided herein or in our Privacy Policy or as may be required by law.

This license is granted to TFM with respect to the use of such User Generated Content in connection with the Services and any subsequent version or modification thereof.

By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content that you submit, post or display on or through, the Website. You agree that this license includes a right for the Company to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom the Company has relationships in connection with the provision of the Xxxxxxx.Xxx understand that the Company may (a) transmit or distribute your Content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this license shall permit the Company to take these actions. You confirm and warrant to the Company that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above license.
Content License from You. 9.1 Copyright to the Content available in the Library is retained by the respective copyright owner who creates or submits the content, as the case may be.
