Software Providers definition

Software Providers means, as applicable to you, a party that jointly provides integrated software solutions and related or ancillary services with Macquarie’s financial products

  • In addition, the Software Provider will receive 11% of the NET GAMING REVENUE of the total monthly NET GAMING REVENUE derived from the Internet casinos that the Master Licensee re-licenses that are using the Software Provider's software.

  • Once the site is completed, any modification to the website or Casino that is requested by the Licensee and agreed to by the Service Provider shall be charged out to the Licensee at the Software Provider's hourly rate which is currently $40.00 USD per hour.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Hosting Provider means any Permitted Subcontractor that is providing any or all of the Hosted Services under this Contract.
