Construction Period Meetings. Beginning with commencement of construction of the Project and before delivery of materials and equipment to the Project Area, the Developer and the County Engineer shall meet from time to time upon the reasonable request of the Developer or County Engineer to discuss the expected use of the Designated Roads, including the construction schedule and the Designated Roads to be used. The County Engineer, or representative of the County Engineer, may also attend Plan of the Day meetings throughout the construction time periods. The County Engineer shall have authority to act on behalf of the County and Participating Townships on matters relating to use of Designated Roads.

Construction Period Meetings. Beginning with commencement of construction of the Project, OYA and a representative from the Town and County (each, a "Designee" and collectively, the "Designees") shall meet on a weekly basis to discuss the expected use of the Designated Roads in the next succeeding week, including the construction schedule and the haul routes to be used. The Designees shall have authority to act on behalf of the Town and County, including the right to allow use of the Designated Roads outside the Period of Use and approve use of substitute roads. To the extent necessary, the Designees and OYA may invite certain landowners to attend the weekly meetings if their property is near or adjacent to the areas of use. Within ten (10) days after the execution of this Agreement by the Parties, the Town and County shall provide the names and contact information for each of its respective Designees. It is OYA's sole responsibility and obligation to inform the OYA Parties of all obligations, restrictions and liabilities contained within this Agreement and specifically that, without limiting any other rights to use Town and County roads and highways, the OYA Parties are permitted the limited right to use the Town and County roads and highways as set forth herein or applicable law.

The Township Engineer, in consultation with the Cokato Town Board, shall have authority to act on behalf of the Township on matters relating to use of Designated Haul Roads.
Construction Period Meetings. Beginning with the Commencement of Construction, County Designee will be given notice and an opportunity to attend Developer’s regularly-scheduled construction meetings that involve the use of Roads and Right of Ways.

  • Construction Progress Meetings The Design Professional shall attend Construction Progress Meetings periodically held by the Contractor at the Site on a schedule determined by the Contractor. The Design Professional shall review the minutes of the meeting and provide his written comments to the minutes to the Owner and Contractor within seven calendar days after receipt of the meeting minutes.

  • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis.   • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • Negotiations Meetings Negotiations meetings between said bargaining committees shall be private and scheduled for mutually satisfactory times and place(s). Both parties may utilize the services of consultants during the negotiation process. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.
