Construction Documentation Clause Samples
The Construction Documentation clause outlines the requirements and standards for preparing, submitting, and maintaining all documents related to the construction process. This typically includes architectural drawings, engineering plans, specifications, schedules, and any revisions or updates that occur during the project. By clearly defining what documents are needed, who is responsible for their preparation, and how they should be managed, this clause ensures that all parties have access to accurate and up-to-date information, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and construction errors.
