Completion Milestone definition

Completion Milestone the date by which a part or all of the Works is to be completed, as set out in a Statement of Work;

  • Closing will happen only when the Seller reaches the Substantial Completion Milestone, confirmed by the Inspector issuing the Substantial Completion Milestone Certificate.
