Product Documentation. You should review the policy documents carefully to ensure they accurately reflect the cover, conditions, limits, and other terms that you require. Particular attention should be paid to policy conditions and warranties as failure to comply with these could invalidate your policy. It is important that you retain and keep safely all documents associated with your policy so that you can refer to them in the event of a claim.
Product Documentation. Supplier shall produce and deliver to Sony Ericsson Product Documentation fulfilling the requirements set out in templates included in Enclosure 2.3.
Product Documentation. All product documentation, manuals, and specifications must be provided at the request of Participating States for no additional cost.
Product Documentation. CUSTOMER agrees to provide to WESTWAY all information, documents, including current Material Safety Data Sheets for each Product, labels, placards, retained sample containers and other materials and data which are required by Federal or State statutes, ordinances, rules or regulations ("Regulations") relating to the Products stored under this Agreement and applicable Schedules. CUSTOMER further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WESTWAY, and WESTWAY's agents, employees, officers and directors, from and against any fines, penalties, loss, damage or expense, including without limitation, reasonable legal fees, resulting from CUSTOMER's failure to provide or to make available to WESTWAY any information, documents, sample containers and materials as required by such Regulations, provided, however, that WESTWAY acted prudently in the face of such failure by CUSTOMER.
Product Documentation. Subject to Section 6.1, Alvogen shall control the content and type of, and procurement of, at its own expense, all Product Documentation (and any changes or supplements thereto) for Product in the Territory.

Product Documentation. Supplier shall furnish, at no charge, product documentation, and any succeeding changes thereto, as described in the Technical Specification. Company may use, reproduce, reformat, modify and distribute such product documentation. Company shall reproduce Supplier's copyright notice contained in any documentation reproduced without change by Company. For documentation which is reformatted or modified by Company, Company shall have the right to place only Company's own copyright notice on the reformatted or modified documentation. It is the intent of the parties that Company's copyright notice shall be interpreted to protect the underlying copyright rights of Supplier to the documentation to the extent such underlying rights are owned by Supplier.
Product Documentation. HP and Bruker Will collaborate on the development of -the (a) product engineering documentation for use in manufacturing and testing, (b) training materials for training product support engineers, and (c) user information for generation of user manuals. Bruker will take the lead in preparing the first draft and the final draft of the product engineering documentation. Each Party will prepare and exchange its drafts of training materials and user information pertaining to the parts and functions of the Gemini/Gemini R&D for which it is responsible for designing and developing. Both Bruker and HP will own the copyright in the product documentation. Each Party may adapt and prepare derivative works of the product documentation in developing manuals or other documentation for its employees and its customers.
Product Documentation. CHI agrees to provide Distributor with such product literature, operations and maintenance manuals, and other information as is reasonably necessary to enable Distributor to properly sell and maintain Products, provided that in no event shall the source code of any software of CHI be required to be disclosed or provided by CHI to Distributor pursuant to this Section 6(a). CHI shall be responsible for ensuring that all shipments of Product to Distributor include the applicable product literature, warranties, licenses, operations and maintenance manuals, and other documentation for the customer’s use as set forth in the Specifications in the Non-Integrated Development Plan or the Integrated ASM Development Plan, as applicable. CHI hereby grants to Distributor the right to use or reproduce its user documentation for incorporation into Distributor’s documentation (excluding source code as previously mentioned) without charge. Such documentation shall be provided in electronic format. CHI shall be given the opportunity to review and approve Distributor documentation that incorporates CHI documentation prior to publication.
Product Documentation. Any supporting documentation for the Device (“Product Documentation”) is provided by Company on an “AS-IS” basis and does not form a part of the properties of the Device. All Product Documentation is subject to change without notice. Company makes no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of the Product Documentation, and DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES UNDER ANY THEORY WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCT INFORMATION.
