Licensed Documentation. If commercially available, Licensee shall have the option to require the Contractor to deliver, at Contractor’s expense: (i) one (1) hard copy and one (1) master electronic copy of the Documentation in a mutually agreeable format; (ii) based on hard copy instructions for access by downloading from the Internet (iii) hard copies of the Product Documentation by type of license in the following amounts, unless otherwise mutually agreed: • Individual/Named User License - one (1) copy per License • Concurrent Users - 10 copies per site • Processing Capacity - 10 copies per site Software media must be in a format specified by the Authorized User, without requiring any type of conversion. Contractor hereby grants to Licensee a perpetual license right to make, reproduce (including downloading electronic copies of the Product) and distribute, either electronically or otherwise, copies of Product Documentation as necessary to enjoy full use of the Product in accordance with the terms of license.
Licensed Documentation. Enrolled Customer may acquire the quantity of media as necessary to distribute the Products for use in accordance with the Program Agreement. In certain cases, re-imaging is permitted using the Product media. Re- imaging is conditional upon compliance with applicable terms in the Program Agreement.
Licensed Documentation. All SUTS System user guides, sample data, marketing, training and other items provided through the SUTS System or by Vendors (“Licensed Documentation”) may be used and copied by Jurisdiction via a non-exclusive license for the duration of the Agreement for Jurisdiction’s use solely with the SUTS System according to the terms of this Agreement.

Contractor hereby grants to Licensee a license right to make, reproduce (including downloading electronic copies of the Product) and distribute, either electronically or otherwise, copies of Product Documentation as necessary to enjoy full use of the Product in accordance with the terms of license. For the purposes of this paragraph, the term of the license is deemed perpetual unless otherwise stated in the Purchase Order.
Licensed Documentation. SELLER shall provide UTILITIES with a minimum of two (2) copies of the documentation for the Licensed Program at no cost to UTILITIES. SELLER grants to UTILITIES permission to duplicate, for its internal use, all documentation. If the documentation is revised at any time, or if additional documentation is developed by or for SELLER with respect to the Licensed Program, SELLER shall promptly deliver to UTILITIES two (2) copies of such revised or additional documentation, at no cost to UTILITIES.
Licensed Documentation. The AMA Content, and the Service user guide, sample data, marketing materials and other material provided or accessible through the Service, are licensed to Customer as follows: Kareo grants Customer a non-exclusive, license for the duration of the Service to use such materials for Customer’s internal use solely with the Service, with the right to make additional copies of the material for such duration and purpose (Licensed Documentation). AMA Content means the coding work of nomenclature and codes for reporting of healthcare services from the print publication Current Procedural Terminology, Fourth Edition and the data file of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) published by the American Medical Association in the English language as used in the United States. • AMA Restrictions. Customer may not use outside the United States, publish, distribute or create any derivate work (including without limitation translation), transfer, sell, lease, license or otherwise make available the AMA Content, or a portion or copy of such content, except as expressly provided in this Agreement. This sublicense is limited to one user for each active provider associated with Customer’s account. Customer is responsible for seeking additional user licenses directly from the American Medical Association if it requires more than one user license per active provider. CPT is a copyright and a registered trademark, of the American Medical Association.
