Appraisal Reports. Together with delivery of the compliance certificates described in Section 8.01(f) required in connection with each fiscal quarter in each fiscal year of the Parent, and at any other time within 33 days of the written request of the Administrative Agent, appraisal reports dated no more than 30 days prior to the date of delivery of such compliance certificate or such request, as applicable, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and from two Approved Appraisers stating the then current Fair Market Value of each of the Collateral Vessels. All such appraisals shall be conducted by, and made at the expense of, the Borrower (it being understood that the Administrative Agent may and, at the request of the Required Lenders, shall, upon notice to the Borrower, obtain such appraisals and that the cost of all such appraisals will be for the account of the Borrower); provided that, unless an Event of Default shall then be continuing, in no event shall the Borrower be required to pay for more than four appraisal reports obtained pursuant to this Section 8.01(d) in any single fiscal year of the Borrower, with the cost of any such reports in excess thereof to be paid by the Lenders on a pro rata basis.

Appraisal Reports. Where a formal appraisal of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity to read and review the appraisal. Provisions shall be made on the appraisal form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two places; one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the appraisal, and the other indicating that the employee has read and disagrees with the appraisal. The employee shall sign in only one of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an appraisal report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the appraisal. An employee shall receive a copy of their appraisal at the time of signing. Any additions or changes to the appraisal shall be brought to the attention of the employee. Such additions or changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. An employee who disagrees with the appraisal and so signifies in the appropriate place, shall have the right to amplify the reasons for their objections in writing, and such amplifications shall be attached to and become part of that appraisal.
Appraisal Reports. Furnish or cause to be furnished to the Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent one or more Appraisal Reports establishing the Appraised Value of the Eligible Collateral, in each case at the expense of the Borrower, (a) on each date on which the Borrower must deliver a Collateral Coverage Ratio calculation pursuant to Section 5.01(h)(I), (b) on the date upon which any additional property or asset (including, without limitation, applicable Additional Collateral) is pledged as Collateral to the Collateral Agent to secure the Obligations, but only with respect to such additional property or asset, (c) with respect to any voluntary Disposition of Collateral in accordance with Section 6.05 and the definition of Permitted Disposition, (d) no later than forty-five (45) days (or such longer time as the Administrative Agent may reasonably consent to) following any involuntary Disposition of Collateral (including any casualty event relating thereto or condemnation thereof) having a fair market value (as determined in good faith by the Borrower on the basis of the most recently delivered Appraisal Report) of at least $75,000,000, (e) promptly (but in any event within forty-five (45) days or such longer time as the Administrative Agent may reasonably consent to) at the request of the Administrative Agent upon the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default, and (f) no later than forty-five (45) days (or such longer time as the Administrative Agent may reasonably consent to) following any Change in Law with respect to any Collateral, which change could reasonably be expected to result in the Borrower’s failure to maintain the Collateral Coverage Test. The Borrower may from time to time cause to be delivered subsequent Appraisal Reports if it believes that any affected item of Collateral has a higher Appraised Value than that reflected in the most recent Appraisal Report delivered.
Appraisal Reports. Together with the balance sheets delivered pursuant to Section 9.01(b), and at any other time within 30 days of the written request of the Administrative Agent, Appraisals for each Mortgaged Vessel of recent date in form and substance and from two Approved Appraisers. All such Appraisals shall be conducted by, and made at the expense of, the Borrower (it being understood that the Administrative Agent may and, at the request of the Required Lenders, shall, upon notice to the Borrower, obtain such Appraisals and that the cost of all such Appraisals will be for the account of the Borrower); provided that unless an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, in no event shall the Borrower be required to pay for Appraisals obtained pursuant to this Section 9.01(h) on more than once in any single fiscal year of the Borrower, with the cost of any such reports in excess thereof to be paid by the Lenders on a pro rata basis.

Appraisal Reports. Appraisal Reports, and each Obligor shall permit the Administrative Agent to have an Appraiser conduct appraisals for such Appraisal Reports, at the Borrower's expense, for purposes of determining eligibility and monitoring the value of such Collateral as follows:
Appraisal Reports. Together with the delivery of the financial statements described in Section 6.6(a)(ii) (beginning with the fiscal year of the Parent Borrower ending December 31, 2014), a desktop appraisal report as of recent date in form and substance, and from an Approved Appraiser, stating the then current Fair Market Value (and each current Fair Market Value used in such determination) of each of the Collateral Rigs on an individual charter-free basis, provided, however, that if the Fair Market Value of a Collateral Rig in such desktop appraisal report is expressed as a numerical range of a high and low score, the Fair Market Value for such Collateral Rig shall be deemed to be the mathematical average of such scores. All such appraisals shall be arranged by, and made at the expense of, the Parent Borrower or its Subsidiaries.
Appraisal Reports. (i) At the time of delivery of the compliance certificates provided for in Section 7.01(e) required in connection with the second and fourth quarterly accounting periods in each fiscal year of the Borrower, Appraisals for each Collateral Vessel dated within thirty (30) days prior to the end of such quarterly accounting period, and (ii) at any other time within thirty three (33) days of the written request of the Administrative Agent, Appraisals for each Collateral Vessel dated no more than thirty (30) days prior to the delivery thereof, in each case, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and from two (2) Approved Appraisers. All such Appraisals shall be conducted by, and made at the expense of, the Borrower (it being understood that the Administrative Agent may and, at the request of the Required Lenders, shall, upon notice to the Borrower, obtain such Appraisals and that the cost of all such Appraisals will be for the account of the Borrower); provided that, unless an Event of Default shall then be continuing, in no event shall the Borrower be required to pay for more than two appraisal reports from two (2) Approved Appraisers obtained pursuant to this Section 7.01(d) in any single fiscal year of the Borrower, with the cost of any such reports in excess thereof to be paid by the Lenders on a pro rata basis.
