Compliance and Environmental Program Studies and Support. Aspects of this work may require on-site Contractor support. Types of work may include, but are not limited to: providing support for multimedia environmental/health and/or safety compliance assessment surveys and reports (civil and military); sample collection and analysis (lead-based paint, asbestos, PCBs, air, water, wastewater, soil, sediment, etc.); support the installation in the development of required regulatory documents (permit applications, storm water pollution prevention plans, air emission inventories, etc.); provide pesticide, asbestos, and POL management; air program support (including air emissions inventory assessments, permit writing, pollution prevention assessments, etc.); perform wastewater treatment surveys and assist with the preparation of NPDES discharge permit applications; analyze and recommend surface water quality models; and assist with the update of operations manuals. As part of Compliance Program support, the Contractor will support all aspects of Hazardous Waste/Materials and Solid Waste Management including, but not limited to: management and inventory of hazardous wastes and materials; associated reporting; hands on waste packaging, handling, and temporary management of certain wastes and materials; recycling of waste and materials; and developing comprehensive recycling programs. Finally, the Contractor may be tasked to provide support in preparing permits, plans and license applications for the installation of landfills, and the Contractor may be tasked to assist in the development of Landfill Closure Plans. The Contractor may also be required to provide support for environmental programs, to include but not limited to, program management, analyses, strategic planning, coordination, data and financial management/analyses, financial assistance/management support services and deliverables in support of environmental liability audit readiness assertion, metrics development and tracking, organizational change management, scheduling, execution, program requirements development and oversight support. The Contractor may be tasked to provide the full range of support and deliverables for environmental program mission areas. Depending on specific TOs, the Contractor may be required to provide technical support to update, revise, or generate compliance assessment protocol manuals based on the current Federal/State laws and regulations.   • General Program Requirements Subrecipient shall adhere, but not be limited to, the following requirements for all programs:

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Academic Policies and Student Support Services X.   • Compliance Reviews The Department may conduct a compliance review of the Contractor’s security procedures before and during the Contract term to protect Confidential Information.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation.   • Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended.   • Background and/or Criminal History Investigation Prior to commencement of any services, background and/or criminal history investigation of the Vendor’s employees and subcontractors who will be providing services to the Customer under the Contract may be performed by the Customer. Should any employee or subcontractor of the Vendor who will be providing services to the Customer under the Contract not be acceptable to the Customer as a result of the background and/or criminal history check, then Customer may immediately terminate its Purchase Order and related Service Agreement or request replacement of the employee or subcontractor in question.

  • Compliance Review During the Term, Developer agrees to permit the GLO, HUD, and/or a designated representative of the GLO or HUD to access the Property for the purpose of performing Compliance-Monitoring Procedures. In accordance with GLO Compliance-Monitoring Procedures, the GLO or HUD will periodically monitor and audit Developer’s compliance with the requirements of this Agreement, the CDBG-DR Regulations, the CDBG Multifamily Rental Housing Guidelines, and any and all other Governmental Requirements during the Term. In conducting any compliance reviews, the GLO or HUD will rely primarily on information obtained from Developer’s records and reports, on-site monitoring, and audit reports. The GLO or HUD may also consider other relevant information gained from other sources, including litigation and citizen complaints.   • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
