Compliance Assessment definition

Compliance Assessment means an assessment conducted under section 4.10;
Compliance Assessment means and refer to the charge against an Owner imposed by the Board after Notice and Hearing for: (i) the costs incurred by the Master Association to bring an Owner and his Lot into compliance with this Master Declaration; and/or
Compliance Assessment means an onsite assessment for life safety requirements on existing construction, completed without previously successfully following the permit process as required by the Authority having Jurisdiction.
