State Laws and Regulations. Any item not specifically covered by the terms of this Agreement as set forth herein will be governed by the statutes and regulations of the State of Nebraska applicable thereto; to this extent, both are made a part hereof and incorporated herein as though fully set forth herein.
State Laws and Regulations. The terms of this Agreement and its execution, interpretation, and enforcement shall be governed by and are subject to all applicable Maryland laws and regulations and approval of other agencies of the State, as required under said laws and regulations.

ii. Subsequent waiver requests. The School may request additional waivers after the original request. Upon receipt of such request, the District shall have thirty (30) calendar days to review the request and, thereafter, shall present the matter before the Board at its next regular meeting. The Board shall, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, have thirty (30) calendar days to consider the matter prior to rendering a decision at a regular meeting. The District agrees to jointly request such a waiver from the State Board, if the District’s Board first approves the request. Board of Education approval of requests to waive state law or regulations shall not be unreasonably withheld. To the extent the State Board does not grant the requested waivers or imposes conditions upon the School with respect to such waivers, it is agreed that representatives of the Parties shall meet to negotiate the effect of such State Board action.
State Laws and Regulations. Lessee shall, in all of its operations under this lease and on adjacent lands, comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and with the rules, regulations and orders of any federal, state or other governmental agency, and shall be responsible for, and at its own expense obtain, all permits and licenses necessary and proper to carry on its operations. Lessee shall also comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to the spacing, drilling, or producing of ▇▇▇▇▇, or other operations in connection with hydrocarbons, and if there be any conflict between the same and the provisions of this lease, such laws, rules, regulations and orders shall modify or suspend, as the case may be, the relevant provisions of this lease.
