State Laws and Regulations a. Title 1 of Texas Administrative Code
State Laws and Regulations. Any item not specifically covered by the terms of this Agreement as set forth herein will be governed by the statutes and regulations of the State of Nebraska applicable thereto; to this extent, both are made a part hereof and incorporated herein as though fully set forth herein.
State Laws and Regulations. The terms of this Agreement and its execution, interpretation, and enforcement shall be governed by and are subject to all applicable Maryland laws and regulations and approval of other agencies of the State, as required under said laws and regulations.
State Laws and Regulations. Lessee shall, in all of its operations under this lease and on adjacent lands, comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and with the rules, regulations and orders of any federal, state or other governmental agency, and shall be responsible for, and at its own expense obtain, all permits and licenses necessary and proper to carry on its operations. Lessee shall also comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to the spacing, drilling, or producing of xxxxx, or other operations in connection with hydrocarbons, and if there be any conflict between the same and the provisions of this lease, such laws, rules, regulations and orders shall modify or suspend, as the case may be, the relevant provisions of this lease.
State Laws and Regulations. The Recipient agrees to comply with the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981 (Title XXVI of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981, Public Law 97-35) as amended, Administrative Rule Chapter 9B-65, Florida Administrative Code; and the terms and conditions as described in the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) state plan.
State Laws and Regulations i. Initial waiver request. The District agrees to seek waiver from the State Board of Education of state statutes and regulations that are automatically approved, upon request pursuant to 1 CCR 301-35 and the additional agreed upon waivers. The School agrees to provide acceptable replacement policies for these automatic waivers. The waivers from state law or regulation, to be requested jointly, are set forth in Attachment 1.
