Company Induction. The Company will inform recognised Union Delegates\official when a Company Induction is scheduled for new Team Members (including Labour Hire Team Members), and will schedule time in the Induction program for the Union Delegate to meet with the new Team Members.

The following areas shall be covered within the induction program and shall be included in the skills required at each level of the classification structure: • Information about the company; • Conditions of employment, including the terms and conditions contained in this agreement; • Confidentiality and Security Requirements; • Introduction to supervisors and fellow workers; • Work and documentation procedures; • Special client and funding body requirements; • Company Policies and Procedures regarding client care; and • Occupational Health and Safety Policy and Procedures. Employees may be required to undertake further induction or additional training to meets the requirements of the clients at the residence. If an employee is required to undertake such induction or training the employee shall participate in the induction or training programs.
