CLIENT CARE. Under the Client Care program, Client's Help Desk will have availability to (a) USi's Client Assistance Center twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year and (b) the assigned Client Assistance Team during Client's designated standard business hours. CONSULTING & IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES: USi will provide Consulting & Implementation Services as outlined in Section 3 of the Proposal., which will require the approval of the U S WEST project manager prior to implementation.
CLIENT CARE means technical and billing support services provided to CLIENT for the service and/or the equipment.
