NO EXTRA CLAIMS COMMITMENT. 3.5.1 The Employees covered by this Agreement undertake that they will not pursue any further claims against the Company during its period of operation.
NO EXTRA CLAIMS COMMITMENT. During the life of this agreement the parties agree and are therefore bound not to pursue any additional claims. It is agreed that up to the nominal expiry date of this agreement: • The parties will not pursue any extra wage claims against each other; • The parties will not seek any changes to conditions of employment without mutual agreement; • This agreement covers all matters or claims regarding the employment of the employees, which could otherwise be the subject of protected actions pursuant to the Workplace Relations Act: and
NO EXTRA CLAIMS COMMITMENT. 1.8.1 During the life of the Enterprise Agreement subject to 1.8.2, the parties bound by this Enterprise Agreement will not pursue any further or additional claims in relation to remuneration or conditions of employment except where consistent with the National and State Wage Case Principles, or any successor thereto.

NO EXTRA CLAIMS COMMITMENT. This clause is the same as the current Agreement. The Proposed Agreement is taken to have satisfied and discharged all claims of any description as to monies or conditions; and includes an undertaking to not engage in or support any action or activity that would result in disruption to the delivery of health services or limitation in the usual performance of duties, including threatened resignation. Clause 39 Not to be Used as a Precedent This clause is the same as the current Agreement. This clause specifies that this Proposed Agreement shall not be used as a precedent elsewhere in the public sector.
NO EXTRA CLAIMS COMMITMENT. It is a term of this Agreement that the National Union of Workers and each of the employees bound by this Agreement will not pursue any extra claims in relation to any employees’ conditions of employment for the life of this Agreement.
NO EXTRA CLAIMS COMMITMENT. The employees agree that for the life of this Agreement, they will not make or pursue any claims for increases in wages or improvements in conditions of employment.
