Commercialization Report. For each Calendar Year following Regulatory Approval for a Product in a Major Market, BMS shall provide to Ambrx annually within sixty (60) days after the end of such Calendar Year a written report that summarizes the Commercialization activities performed by BMS, and its Affiliates and Sublicensees in the Major Markets since the prior report by BMS.
Commercialization Report. For each Calendar Year following Regulatory Approval for a Product in a Major Market, BMS shall provide to CytomX semi-annually a written report that summarizes the Commercialization activities on a Collaboration Target-by-Collaboration Target basis performed by BMS, and its Affiliates and Sublicensees in the Major Markets since the prior report by BMS. Such report shall contain sufficient detail to enable CytomX to assess BMS’s compliance with its Commercialization obligations in Section 5.1. Such reports shall be Confidential Information of BMS pursuant to Article 12.

Commercialization Report. Following dissolution of the JC, subject to Section 10.4, BMS shall provide to BN annually in November of each Calendar Year following Regulatory Approval for a Product in a Major Market a written report that summarizes the Commercialization activities performed by BMS, and its Affiliates and Sublicensees, with respect to Products in the Major Markets since the prior such report.
Commercialization Report. Commencing six (6) months prior to the anticipated filing of the first BLA for a Product in the Field in the Territory, at all times during the Agreement Term, and thereafter on a Calendar Year basis, Provention shall provide to MacroGenics in writing a report detailing Provention’s efforts and progress during the one (1) year prior to such date, to Commercialize each Product (each, a “Commercialization Report”). Each Commercialization Report shall describe, among other matters: (a) material Commercialization activities completed since the last report, including the object and parameters of the Commercialization, when initiated, when completed and a summary of all material results; (b) material Commercialization activities planned to be undertaken before the next report; and (c) material changes in Provention’s Commercialization plans. In addition, Provention shall reasonably respond to reasonable requests by MacroGenics from time to time for information regarding Provention’s Commercialization activities for such Products.
Commercialization Report. For each Calendar Year following first Regulatory Approval for a Licensed Product, Arcutis shall provide to Hengrui annually within sixty (60) days after the end of such Calendar Year a high-level report summarizing Arcutis’s activities with respect to the commercialization of Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory in such Calendar Year (“Commercialization Report). Such reports and the contents thereof shall be Confidential Information of Arcutis.
Commercialization Report. Kiniksa shall provide Regeneron with bi-annual written reports summarizing the status of all Commercialization activities for the Product in the Kiniksa Field in the Territory. Until the date of receipt of U.S. Marketing Approval, upon Kiniksa’s written request, Regeneron shall provide Kiniksa with bi-annual written reports setting forth, for the Product in the Regeneron Field, sales for the prior six (6) month period covered by such report.
Commercialization Report. The Employer shall remit to the Employee(s) not later than 30 June each year a Commercialization Report outlining all actions taken with respect to Commercialization during the previous fiscal year, and a statement reporting all expenditures and income forming the calculation of Net Income for the previous fiscal year.
Commercialization Report. Beginning [***] days after [***], Ascletis shall prepare and deliver [***] a report of its Commercialization activities (each a “Commercialization Report”). Each such Commercialization Report shall include, with respect to each Region in which Commercialization is planned: [***] period.
Commercialization Report. Within sixty (60) days following the close of each Calendar Year, INHIBITEX shall deliver to SYSTEM a written report as to INHIBITEX's efforts and accomplishments during the preceding year in commercializing LICENSED PRODUCTS, as well as its commercialization plans for the coming year.
