Changes and Additions to Scope of Services. City shall have the right at any time during the performance of the services, without invalidating this Agreement, to order extra work beyond that specified in the Scope of Services or make changes by altering, adding to, or deducting from said work. No such work shall be undertaken unless a written order is first given by City to Contractor, incorporating therein any adjustment in (i) the Budget, and/or (ii) the time to perform this Agreement, which adjustments are subject to the written approval of the Contractor. City approval and/or payment for work claimed by Contractor as changed or additional shall not act to prevent City at any time to claim such work is covered by the Scope of Work and should be performed by Contractor without additional consideration due. It is expressly understood by Contractor that the provisions of this Section 1.2 shall not apply to services specifically set forth in the Scope of Services or reasonably contemplated therein. Contractor hereby acknowledges that it accepts the risk that the services to be provided pursuant to the Scope of Services may be more costly or time consuming than Contractor anticipates and that Contractor shall not be entitled to additional compensation therefor.

Such written approval shall set forth the changes of work, extension of time for preparation, and adjustment of the fee to be paid by the CITY to CONSULTANT. No claim for said additional work shall be made unless such additional work has been specifically authorized in writing by the CITY.

  • CHANGES AND ADDITIONS 14.1. Modifications, supplements, and annexes to this Agreement constitute an essential part of it and are legally binding when they are documented in writing and endorsed by the duly authorized representatives of the Parties.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Changes to Services The Parties acknowledge and agree that there will be changes to the scope of the Services during the Contract Period. The Customer may amend the Stories that are comprised within the Minimum Marketable Features of a Release at any time during the Release at no additional charge and without adopting the Change Control Procedure set out in Clause 28 above provided that: the Customer shall not be entitled to make any changes to the Stories that form the subject of a Sprint following the mutual agreement by the Parties of the Sprint Plan for that Sprint; new Stories and/or changes to existing Stories may only be introduced if: existing Stories with an equivalent number of Story Points are removed; or existing Stories are reduced in size by the equivalent number of Story Points, such that the total number of Story Points for the Release remains constant throughout the Release. The Supplier shall consider any request by the Customer to increase the number of Story Points for a Release, and may, subject to the Change Control Procedure set out at Clause 28, agree to such request.

  • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc. Documents) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively “Services”). Said amendment shall be issued by the County-assigned Contract Administrator, shall require the mutual consent of all Parties, and may be subject to approval by the County Board of Supervisors. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Subrecipient from proceeding with the work as originally set forth or as previously amended in this Contract.
