TASK ORDER SCOPE OF SERVICES. 4.1 Consultant agrees that the entire Scope of Services for this Task Order includes SECTION 5. SCOPE OF SERVICES of the Master Agreement, and the Scope of Services as set out in Exhibit “Scope of Service”, attached and incorporated herein by this reference. This Task Order Scope of Services will govern over any contrary language in the Scope of Services of the Master Agreement.

TASK ORDER SCOPE OF SERVICES. 1.1. The Consultant shall meet with Northern Water at the outset of work to review the Berthoud Campus Master Plan previously completed by Consultant, receive Northern Water comments on the design, discuss design and construction alternatives, and review other design requirements.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal.   • HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.
