Time Extension definition

Time Extension shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.5;
Time Extension means any time extension as defined in section “Extensions and Reciprocal Inspections.” of these rules and issued by EPD, the Management Contractor or an authorized agent of EPD to the owner of a responsible motor vehicle certifying that such owner and vehicle have met the requirements in the Act and this Chapter for extending the time to comply with the emission inspection requirement.
Time Extension means an increase in the length of time specified in a contract resulting in a revised contract completion date.

  • In the event the Contractor fails to complete the Works in accordance with the Project Completion Schedule, including any Time Extension granted under this Agreement, the Contractor shall endeavour to complete the balance work expeditiously and shall pay Damages to the Authority in accordance with the provisions of Clause 10.3 (ii) for delay of each day until the Works are completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • In the event of any delay in dismantling of structures thereof for reasons beyond the control of the Contractor, the Contractor shall be entitled to Damages in a sum calculated in accordance with the formula specified in Clause 8.3 (i) for the period of delay, and to the Time Extension in accordance with Clause 10.5 for and in respect of the part(s) of the Works affected by such delay; provided that if the delays involve any time overlaps, the overlaps shall not be additive.


More Definitions of Time Extension

Time Extension shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.4.1 of the Draft Contract Agreement;
Time Extension means the grant by Owner of additional time to complete the Work or discrete portions thereof, in connection with Change Orders and other causes of Delay.
