Cash Loads. You may add funds to your Card Account by presenting cash and the Card at participating GreenDot and Western Union reload network locations (see xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx or xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx for participating merchant locations). Cash Loads. You can add (“reload”) more money to your Card, once we have successfully verified your personal information, at any of the Retailers set out in the First Schedule or as identified on our mobile app or by following the directions supplied with the Card. Visit our mobile app to find a Retailer near you. We may also offer other methods to reload your Card, such as online services. The terms and limits applicable to the use of these services will be disclosed at the time you enroll in the service. The maximum daily reload limit is JMD$300,000.00. The maximum amount of value that can reside on the Card at any time is JMD$300,000.00. We may, in our sole discretion, let you keep more money on your Card or have a higher daily reload limit if you have funds directly deposited to your Card by your employer or other payor. We may increase or decrease these limits from time to time in our sole discretion with or without notice to you. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request to reload your Card at our sole discretion. Only you may reload your Card. No second cardholder, or any other person, with the exception of members on a family card may reload your Card, and we may reject any attempt by any other person to reload your Card.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.

  • Interconnection Facility Options The Intercarrier Compensation provisions of this Agreement shall apply to the exchange of Exchange Service (EAS/Local) traffic between CLEC's network and Qwest's network. Where either Party acts as an IntraLATA Toll provider, each Party shall xxxx the other the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariff or price lists. Where either Party interconnects and delivers traffic to the other from third parties, each Party shall xxxx such third parties the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariffs, price lists or contractual offerings for such third party terminations.   • REPORT OF CONTRACT USAGE All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided in Microsoft Excel 2003, or newer (or as otherwise directed by OGS), to the attention of the individual shown on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, Award Number, Contract Number, Sales Period, and Contractor's (or other authorized agent) Name, and all other fields required. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template without acquiring the approval of the Office of the State Comptroller or the Attorney General.

  • Interconnection Customer Obligations The Interconnection Customer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with this LGIA.

  • REPAIRED OR REPLACED PARTS / COMPONENTS Where the Contractor is required to repair, replace or substitute Product or parts or components of the Product under the Contract, the repaired, replaced or substituted Products shall be subject to all terms and conditions for new parts and components set forth in the Contract including Warranties, as set forth in the Additional Warranties Clause herein. Replaced or repaired Product or parts and components of such Product shall be new and shall, if available, be replaced by the original manufacturer’s component or part. Remanufactured parts or components meeting new Product standards may be permitted by the Commissioner or Authorized User. Before installation, all proposed substitutes for the original manufacturer’s installed parts or components must be approved by the Authorized User. The part or component shall be equal to or of better quality than the original part or component being replaced.

  • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.
