NOTWITHSTANDING THE PREVIOUS SENTENCE, IF YOU HAVE ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE AGREEMENT THAT PERMITS YOU TO OFFER YOUR PRODUCTS THROUGH A PARTICULAR AMAZON SITE (E.G., A MERCHANTS@ XXXXXX.XXX PROGRAM AGREEMENT, MERCHANTS @XXXXXX.XX.XX PROGRAM AGREEMENT OR ANY PREDECESSOR OF THOSE AGREEMENTS), THEN TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU CONTINUE TO LIST AND SELL YOUR PRODUCTS ON THAT AMAZON SITE PURSUANT TO SUCH SEPARATE AGREEMENT, TRANSACTIONS OF YOUR PRODUCTS ON THAT AMAZON SITE AND ANY TAX SERVICES WE MAKE AVAILABLE UNDER THAT AGREEMENT ARE GOVERNED BY THE TERMS OF THAT AGREEMENT AND NOT BY THESE SELLING ON AMAZON SERVICE TERMS.

Unless defined in these Selling on Amazon Service Terms (including the Selling on Amazon Definitions), all capitalized terms have the meanings given them in the Business Solutions Agreement. IF YOU REGISTERED FOR SELLING ON AMAZON ON OR AFTER DECEMBER 14, 2018 OR HAVE RECEIVED AN APUK ACCOUNT CONFIRMATION NOTICE, THE TERMS OF THE AMAZON PAYMENTS UK ±SELLING ON AMAZON USER AGREEMENT ("APUK USER AGREEMENT") BETWEEN YOU AND AMAZON PAYMENTS UK LIMITED WILL GOVERN THE PAYMENT PROCESSING SERVICE PROVIDED TO YOU BY APUK IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR TRANSACTIONS THROUGH THE SELLING ON AMAZON SERVICE ON THE UK AMAZON SITE. YOU ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THE APE USER AGREEMENT AND/OR THE APUK USER AGREEMENT (AS APPLICABLE) NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT.

Whether a Transaction Record is issued or not, it is Your responsibility to verify that all Transactions have been properly executed by checking the periodic statement or passbook entries itemizing Transactions and reviewing Your Transaction Records.
Note any change does not alter Your responsibility to meet the required payment owing under Your Transaction Account.
The Transaction amount between You and Us will be the amount of Your Transaction, plus any fees by the owner of the ATM or POS, plus any revenue, commissions or fees of Third Parties that processed the Transaction or converted the foreign currency before it is received as a debit Instruction by Us. Foreign currency conversion completed by Third Parties occurs at rates that We do not set, and which may include revenue, commissions or fees of those Third Parties.
The Instruction We receive may ask Us to pay a stipulated amount that may either be denominated in Canadian Dollars or in U.S. Dollars, regardless of the currency of Your Transaction with the Mobile Device, ATM or POS.
Currency conversions will be completed when and at rates in effect when the Transaction is processed by Us which may not be the same rate in effect when We complete Your Transaction.
