Board of Trustees Agenda. The Association shall be supplied a copy of the agenda and the date of any regular or special meeting of the Board of Trustees the morning of the day of the meeting, with sufficient information thereon to know the subjects of discussion at the Board meeting. The President of the College shall make available to the President of the Association or designee, at the beginning of the Board meeting, additional non-confidential Board of Trustees' reports, including recommendations of the President of the College and the minutes of the last meeting.
