COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. C-1 The Local Committees as referred to in Article 6 of the Central Agreement, shall be limited to the following number of representatives:
COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. C-1 The parties agree that nurse representatives and committee members as provided for in Article 6, may be from either the full-time or part-time Bargaining Unit, and shall represent both Bargaining Units. It is understood that the total number of nurses as nurse representatives or committee members shall not exceed the following:
COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. C-1 Nurse Representative There will be a Nurse Representative for each Nursing Unit in the Hospital, comprised of nurses from the bargaining unit.
COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. 4.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Association to appoint or otherwise select Committees composed of not more than four (4) representatives who are employees of the Employer within the bargaining unit who have completed their probationary period. The Committees shall be comprised of the Bargaining Unit President (BUP) or designate, plus three (3) other members. The Association shall advise the Employer of the employees serving as representatives. The function of these Committees will be as follows:
