– UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. 6.01 The Employer will recognize the following:
– UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. 4.1 The Employer agrees to recognize the following representatives of the Union:
– UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. C-1 Union Representatives The Employer will recognize one (1) Bargaining Unit President for MICs, as well as one (1) site representative at each site (Anson General Hospital/South Centennial Manor, Lady Minto Hospital, Xxxxxxx Memorial Hospital) and one (1) site representative to represent Long-Term Care.
– UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. C - 1 (a) Union Representatives There shall be four (4) union representatives excluding executive members.
– UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. 6.1 The Union may appoint a Negotiating Committee which shall be composed of three (3) Bargaining Unit members, at least one (1) of whom shall be a Regular Part-time nurse, whose duties shall be to negotiate the Collective Agreement.
– UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. C-1 The parties agree that nurse representatives and committee members will be from both the full-time and part-time bargaining unit and shall represent both bargaining units. It is understood that the total number of nurses as nurse representatives or committee members shall not exceed the following:
– UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. 6.01 (a) The Employer will recognize the following: A committee of two (2) elected nurses, one (1) of whom shall be identified as the Bargaining Unit President. The Bargaining Unit President may assist nurses in presenting grievances; and in representing the Union in the discussion of matters concerning the interpretation of their Collective Agreement. The Employer further recognizes this committee as the agent for re-negotiation of this Agreement.
– UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. The parties agree that Union Representatives and Committee Members, as provided for in the Central Agreement, may be from either the full-time or part-time bargaining unit and shall represent both bargaining units. The Hospital shall recognize the following representatives and committee members: Union Representatives Four (4) Union Representatives, one (1) of whom is full-time from the Hospital, one (1) of whom is part-time from the Hospital, one (If)rom the Clinic and one (1) from the Home Care Programme.
– UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. The Hospital shall recognize temporary substitution(s) appointed by the Union. The Union undertakes to send the Hospital a list of all Employees who are set out in the following committees.
– UNION COMMITTEES AND REPRESENTATIVES. 6.01 The Employer will recognize the following representatives: The Employer will recognize two (2) Union Executive Committee representatives. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, the foregoing number may be altered from time to time. The Union Executive Committee shall have the right to have the assistance of representatives or consultants from Ontario Nurses’ Association.
