Benefits During Pregnancy / Parental Leave. For permanent employees who qualify for pregnancy/parental leave under this Article, the Employer shall; contribute One Hundred percent (100%) of the total premium cost of the benefit plans outlined in Article 13:01 of the Collective Agreement. These benefits will be paid for by the Employer only for the maximum period of time specified for pregnancy/parental leave in The Employment Standards Act as amended.
