Basic Services –Final Design. The Engineer will make Engineering investigations as are necessary and will compile such data as required for the preparation of Final Design Engineering and Drawings for the project. Specific data to be included on the drawings includes: Existing Conditions Plans – Drawings shall include roadway and driveway limits, curb locations, house locations, street addresses, existing utilities and service lines derived from as-built plans and utility locations marked by “Dig Safe”, topography, test boring locations, large trees and hedge rows, fences, approximate right-of-way locations, and street names. Profiles will be included and contain the existing grade along the centerline of the proposed improvements and the approximate elevations of the existing utilities. All elevations will be referenced to NGVD 29 or NAVD 88 vertical control datum as appropriate. Final Design Plans – Drawings shall include mapped wetlands, floodplains, archeologically sensitive areas, areas of known soil contamination or other known environmental concerns that could impact the project. Drawings will also include plan and profiles views of all proposed utilities and changes, grading and associated infrastructure to be impacted by the project such as curbs, sidewalks, roadways and landscaping. Construction details, erosion control measures, material specifications as well as general construction notes will be included. Final design drawings, technical and construction specifications, and contract forms will be complete and ready for bidding and construction in a State/EPA approved format. The Engineer will provide final design plans, contract documents and specifications (construction set) as follows:

  • Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.

  • Basic Services Fee 6.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Article 1, and including all disciplines identified in Paragraph 15.1 as part of Basic Services, Architect/Engineer’s fee shall be a negotiated Basic Services Fee to cover all costs and profit.

  • Specific Services Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms. All such services are to be coordinated with County and the results of the work shall be monitored by the Director of Health and Human Services Agency or his or her designee.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Transitional Services Contractor shall provide Transitional Services to offenders who are being released from a prison, an assessment/sanction center, prerelease center, or treatment center for up to the first 90 days of community supervision after release. A Probation and Parole Officer (PO) will determine the specific services to be provided to each offender based on the offender’s needs and individualized case plan as determined or developed by the State. The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected. Contractor will confirm availability of services, establish a start date, and return the referral form to the PO and the designated State staff.
