Street Names. Street names and numbers shall be approved by the County Property Address Coordinator.

Street Names. IVH shall name each of the streets on the site. Signs identifying the streets shall be erected and maintained by IVH. A map showing the identification of each street shall be provided to the Marshalltown Police Chief.

SRL and Residential Developer will create new street names for all streets to be located on the Property, and such streets shall not be the same names as streets located west of General XxXxxxxx Boulevard. Streets shall be renamed when SRL submits the SRL Re-Plat for approval (and with respect to the Residential Land when Residential Developer submits its revised plat for approval) pursuant to the requirements of the PUD – Savannah River Landing.

Street Names. 29. The Owner covenants and agrees that the streets included in the Plan of Subdivision and shown on Schedule "B" shall be named to the satisfaction of the Planning and Development Approvals Commissioner and The Corporation of the City of Ottawa.
