BASIC SERVICES - DESIGN PHASE. 1. The Engineer shall prepare for approval by the Contractor, Owner and governmental authorities, including revisions necessary to secure required approvals, construction documents setting forth in detail the requirements for construction of the Project, consisting of drawings and specifications that comply with codes, laws and regulations enacted at the time of their preparation (the “Construction Documents”). Engineer’s Design Phase Services shall be in accordance with and include the “Designed Services” requirements of Contractor as set forth in the Prime Contract between Owner and Contractor.

Design ServicesWater and Sanitary Sewer Design The water and sanitary sewer design shall include miscellaneous utility adjustments and reconstruction of water and sanitary sewer facilities along portions of Xxxxx Street, Xxxx Xxxx and Xxxxxxx Road as identified in Attachment B. The services to be provided with the water and sanitary sewer design are further described below.

  • Basic Services The Architect/Engineer’s Basic Services include all disciplines identified in Article 15 and all related usual and customary design, consultant, and other services necessary and reasonably inferable to complete the Project, or any phase of the Project, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of this Agreement.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • Maintenance Services Subject to Client’s timely payment of the applicable maintenance fees, Accenture will make available the following maintenance services (“Maintenance Services”):

  • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Maintenance and Support For so long as you timely pay your SaaS Fees according to the Invoicing and Payment Policy, then in addition to the terms set forth in the SLA and the Support Call Process, we will:

  • Deferred Maintenance Borrower shall, within six (6) months of the date hereof, perform the deferred maintenance work (the “Deferred Maintenance”) to the Property itemized on Exhibit B hereto. Furthermore, Borrowers shall diligently perform, or cause to be performed, in a timely and workmanlike manner all repairs and maintenance contemplated by and itemized in the Approved Budget.

  • Specific Services Contractor agrees to furnish the following services: Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A”. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms. All such services are to be coordinated with County and the results of the work shall be monitored by the Health and Human Services Agency Director or his or her designee.
