Automotive Liability Insurance. Developer shall maintain business automobile liability insurance or equivalent form with a limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for each accident. Such insurance shall include coverage for owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles. Such insurance shall also:
Automotive Liability Insurance. Automobile liability insurance with limits of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) covering all owned, non-owned, hired, rented or leased vehicles of Producer and its consultants and contractors that are used in the activities permitted hereunder. Such other insurance as the MBTA may reasonably request in writing. The Producer shall furnish the MBTA with certificates of insurance evidencing the required coverage and naming the MBTA, KCS, and the Railroad Companies as additional insureds, as their interests may appear. Each insurance policy shall include the provision that should any of the above-described policies be cancelled before the expiration date thereof, notice will be delivered in accordance with the policy provisions. All of the Producer’s insurance shall be primary and non-contributory for any claims arising out of Producer’s services. The Producer shall provide the MBTA with a vicarious liability endorsement for the Producer’s Workers’ Compensation policy, as applicable. Producer and, where applicable, Producer’s payroll services company waive all rights of subrogation for recovery of damages to the extent those damages are covered by commercial general liability, business, auto liability, workers’ compensation or employers’ liability insurance maintained pursuant to this agreement. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way act as a limitation of the Producer’s liability for damage or injury, including death, which arises out of or is the result of the Producer’s acts or omissions under this Agreement, or the acts or omissions of Producer’s employees, agents, independent producers, contractors and suppliers.
Automotive Liability Insurance. Automotive Liability Insurance covering use of all owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles with a minimum combined single limit of $5,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage liability. This policy shall be endorsed to name RCSI and its Affiliates as additional insureds.
Automotive Liability Insurance. (if applicable) - Policy shall provide Liability insurance under coverage Symbol "1" providing a $1,000,000 combined single limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage covering all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles of Contractors and sub- contractors.

Automotive liability insurance covering contractor for claims arising from owned, hired and non-owned vehicles with limits of not less than $1,000,000.00 any one person and $1,000,000.00 any one accident for bodily injury and $1,000,000.00 each accident for property damage, shall be maintained in full force during the life of the contract.

Automotive Liability Insurance covering use of all non-owned and hired automobiles for bodily injury, property damage, uninsured motorist and underinsured motorist liability with a minimum combined single limit per accident of $1,000,000 or the minimum limit required by law, whichever limit is greater. For owned automobiles, Provider shall maintain insurance as per statutory requirements in the country where such vehicles are located with no less than the minimum limits required by the laws of that jurisdiction.
Automotive Liability Insurance. Company purchases automotive liability insurance for both itself and related parties and is entitled to compensation for Company's cost of this insurance. Because the premium is allocated among several companies, Company's compensation shall be calculated by prorating the premium among related parties and Company on the basis of the actual total liability premiums paid for vehicles of each company. To determine the amount of compensation due Company, Company shall submit to District (or District's designated representative) a copy of the insurance broker's invoice, the corresponding canceled check and the calculations described above, including corresponding documentation supporting the values used (e.g., total vehicles covered).
Automotive Liability Insurance. (Bodily Injury) covering all automotive units transporting departmental clients or staff used in the work with limits of not less than $100,000 each person and $300,000 each accident, and;

Owner shall maintain business automobile liability insurance or equivalent form with a limit of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) for each accident for the vehicles Owner operates in connection with its cannabis business. Such insurance shall include coverage for owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles. Such insurance shall also: Name City, and work in good faith with the City and the insurers to name additional insureds as deemed reasonably necessary. “Additional Insureds” by endorsement with respect to performance of this Agreement. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of its protection afforded to the above-listed additional insureds; Be primary with respect to any insurance or self-insurance programs covering City, its officials, employees, agents, and representatives; Contain standard separation of insured provisions.
