The Workers’ Compensation Policy shall be endorsed with a waiver of subrogation in favor of the City for all work performed by Contractor or Consultant, its employees, agents and subcontractors.
Subcontractor’s indemnity obligations shall remain in full force and effect regardless of whether the claim relates to a claim under Subcontractor’s Worker’s Compensation Policy.
