Cannabis business means any business activity involving cannabis, including but not limited to cultivating, transporting, distributing, manufacturing, compounding, converting, processing, preparing, storing, packaging, delivering, testing, dispensing, retailing and wholesaling of cannabis, of cannabis products or of ancillary products and accessories, whether or not carried on for gain or profit.
Cannabis business or “cannabis industry” means any business activity in the City relating to cannabis, including but not limited to cultivation (including nurseries), transportation, distribution, manufacture, compounding, conversion, processing, preparation, testing, storage, packaging, delivery and sales (wholesale and/or retail sales) of cannabis or cannabis products, whether or not carried on for gain or profit. A cannabis business does not include any business whose only relationship to cannabis or cannabis products is the production or sale of cannabis accessories.

Cannabis business means the business of acquiring, cultivating, manufacturing, extracting, testing, producing, processing, possessing, selling (at retail or wholesale), dispensing, donating, distributing, transporting, packaging, labeling, marketing or disposing of cannabis, marijuana or related substances or products containing or relating to the same, and all ancillary activities related to the foregoing, including leasing any real property on which any such activity is conducted.
Cannabis business means any person engaged in commercial cannabis activity as defined in California Business and Professions Code Section 26001.
