ACTIVITIES PERMITTED. County and Operator agree that the following activities shall be permitted on airport property on the day of the Contest: 1. Sale of Contest tickets/parking permits. 2. Directing/parking of vehicles. 3. Activities related to the operation of a shuttle service.
ACTIVITIES PERMITTED. County and Operator agree that the following activities shall be permitted during the Pacific Coast Dream Machines Event on Sunday, April 27, 2008: 1. A classic automobile concourse. 2. Display of classic, racing, custom, and exotic show cars.
ACTIVITIES PERMITTED a. The activities permitted shall be in the pharmaceutical and allied areas and include product development, product innovation, simulation, prototyping, pilot experimentation, web-based training, surveys and similar other technology related work. b. No regular or routine manufacturing or commercial supply activities are expected to take place in the incubation premises. c. Activities carried out at incubator should not have direct conflict of interest with the activities of NIPER. The decision of the ‘screening committee’ shall be final and binding. e. Marketing of products will not be permitted from the Incubator. The incubatee shall not use NIPER logo for any purpose whatsoever

ACTIVITIES PERMITTED. 4.4 In addition to the activities referred to in subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 34 of the Natural Heritage Conservation Act, as it reads on 18 March 2021, the following activities are permitted in zones 1, 2a and 2b of the proposed aquatic reserve: (1) activities for ensuring public safety or the application of the Act, or for responding to an emergency; (2) activities carried out by a member of an Aboriginal community where the activities are part of the exercise of rights covered by section 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Schedule B of the Canada Act, chapter 11 in the 1982 volume of the Acts of the Parliament of the United Kingdom) and those rights are credibly asserted or established.
ACTIVITIES PERMITTED. 1. Regular indoor sports are permitted in the gym. No roller skates, roller blades, or skateboards are allowed. 2. Indoor soccer is permitted with an indoor soccer ball only. 3. No baseball, football or other outdoor sport is permitted. 4. Food functions are permitted only by permission in restricted areas.
