Prior to accessing certain of our Services, you may be required to provide certain personal information determined by us as necessary to create an Account. To become an Authorized User, you must first register with us for an Account. You will be required to create login credentials, comprised of a user name and password (“Login Credentials”) designed to enable access and use your Account. You are responsible for any and all actions, omissions, or other activities related to your Account, including any Authorized Users you permit to be linked to your Account (if any, and only to the extent, permitted by us). You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information provided to us relating to your Account (e.g., current billing information for Subscription Services (as defined below)).
