As Constructed Plans. Prior to County inspection and approval of the Improvements in the Development, the Developer will file signed and sealed “As Constructed” Improvement Plans with the County Engineer, along with a letter of certification from a licensed engineer as to the accuracy of the corrected plans. Such “As Constructed” Improvement Plans shall show actual constructed location of all required Improvements.

As Constructed Plans. 6.1. The applicant must, prior to the on-maintenance approval, submit to Local Government the As Construction drawings, CD's and other documentation in accordance with Section 5.6, Policy 5 of the Xxxxx Planning Scheme 2015 edition, and with the As Constructed Submission Checklist. These documents can be downloaded from Council's web site by searching for "submission of as constructed data" Advice only: A compliance checking fee will be charged after one initial submission for non-complying submissions, as per Council's Register of Regulatory Fees, at the rate applicable at the time of payment. Currently the fee is $205.00 per item (hardcopy or CD).

  • ICIF Construction The ICIF shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, Interconnection Customer shall deliver to Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the ICIF, such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Generating Facility and the ICIF, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the ICIF, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer’s step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the ICIF, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Generating Facility. Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner with Interconnection Customer’s specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable.

  • Suspension of unsafe Construction Works (i) Upon recommendation of the Authority’s Engineer to this effect, the Authority may by notice require the Contractor to suspend forthwith the whole or any part of the Works if, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority’s Engineer, such work threatens the safety of the Users and pedestrians.

  • ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act.
