As Constructed Plans. The Consulting Engineer/Architect shall prepare final plan drawings which reflect change orders, minor design changes and which include changes made in the field and which are marked on the construction plan set. Because some of the data contained on the "As Constructed Plans" may be based on unverified information provided by others, the Consulting Engineer/Architect does not warrant the accuracy of information provided by others.
As Constructed Plans. Prior to County inspection and approval of the Improvements in the Development, the Developer will file signed and sealed “As Constructed” Improvement Plans with the County Engineer, along with a letter of certification from a licensed engineer as to the accuracy of the corrected plans. Such “As Constructed” Improvement Plans shall show actual constructed location of all required Improvements.
As Constructed Plans. The Developer’s licensed engineer shall file “As Constructed” Improvement Plans with the County Engineer.
As Constructed Plans. The Company shall submit as-constructed plan(s) per the Permit(s).
As Constructed Plans. Prior to acceptance of any public improvements located within the Development and the City initiating the warranty period of two years as defined below, the Developer will file with the City signed and sealed “As Constructed” Improvement Plans, along with a letter of certification from a licensed engineer as to the accuracy of the corrected plans. Such “As Constructed” Improvement Plans shall show the actual constructed location of all Improvements.

As Constructed Plans. 6.1. The applicant must, prior to the on-maintenance approval, submit to Local Government the As Construction drawings, CD's and other documentation in accordance with Section 5.6, Policy 5 of the Xxxxx Planning Scheme 2015 edition, and with the As Constructed Submission Checklist. These documents can be downloaded from Council's web site by searching for "submission of as constructed data" Advice only: A compliance checking fee will be charged after one initial submission for non-complying submissions, as per Council's Register of Regulatory Fees, at the rate applicable at the time of payment. Currently the fee is $205.00 per item (hardcopy or CD).
