SUBMISSION CHECKLIST. This checklist is provided for Respondent's convenience only and identifies documents that must be submitted with this Solicitation in order to be considered responsive. Any Solicitation Response received without these requisite documents may be deemed nonresponsive and may not be considered for contract award.

SUBMISSION CHECKLIST. ‌ This section provides an overview of the submission instructions including a checklist to aid in the submission of complete proposals. Offeror’s shall complete the fillable “RESPONSE WORKBOOK” attachment and submit as their proposal. Vendors are strongly advised to read this section in its entirety and complete the checklist to avoid disqualification. Please note that the City will NOT be able to consider proposals that are submitted late or that do not follow these guidelines. The Offeror shall bear all costs associated with submitting the proposal, including proposal preparation, site visitation or any travel connected with submission of the proposal. The City shall have no liability whatsoever for such costs.
