App License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, non-transferable license ("License") to:
App License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, non-transferable license ("License") to: (i) download, install and use the App on a mobile telephone, tablet or device (each a "Device") that you own or control; and (ii) access and use the App on that Device in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable Usage Rules (defined below).
App License a) Provision of App. Provider will provide Customer with access to the App, as detailed in the Order Form, subject to this Agreement. Provider may modify the App periodically. Provider may contract with third parties to support the App, including data center hosting, remote backup and specialty data services, so long as they are subject to obligations of confidentiality to Provider at least as strict as Provider’s to Customer. Provider shall remain responsible for the performance of its contractors.
App License. Subject to your compliance with the terms of Agreement, Dasi grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install and use a copy of the App on a single mobile device or computer that you own or control and to run such copy of the App solely for your own personal or internal business purposes. Furthermore, with respect to any App accessed through or downloaded from the Apple App Store (an “App Store Sourced Application”), you will only use the App Store Sourced Application (a) on an Apple-branded product that runs iOS (Apple’s proprietary operating system) and (b) as permitted by the “Usage Rules” set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
App License. 1.5.1. The Font Software licensed under the App license (“App Font Software”) may be packaged with your software applications that are installed and executed locally on computers.
App License. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ACPL hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right and license to install, execute and run the App on your Merchant Site, for the sole purpose of making the Services available to Consumers. 3.7
App License. (i) For a single app license, the Licensed Fonts may be used on not more than one application title (such as a native iOS or Android mobile app) in a secure manner so that it cannot be extracted from or accessed outside of the App(s).
App License. 1. With each purchase, the Licensee can be granted a certain amount of fonts that may be embedded in unlimited applications. The number of Distributions of the applications may NOT exceed the amount stated in this Agreement (indicated in Section one).

The number of Apps into which the Licensee may embed the Font(s), and the number of users/readers these App/eBook files may serve, depends on the license purchased and referenced on the Licensee’s invoice. In the case of an increase in users/readers, the license must be updated. In the case of the termination of a title, the Font(s) and the license cannot be transferred. The Font(s) are provided in OTF format and may be embedded into the App.

Furthermore, with respect to any Application accessed through or downloaded from the Apple App Store (an “App Store Sourced Application”), you will only use the App Store Sourced Application (a) on an Apple-branded product that runs the iOS (Apple’s proprietary operating system) and (b) as permitted by the “Usage Rules” set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service. Notwithstanding the first sentence in this section, with respect to any App accessed through or downloaded from the Google Play store (a “Google Play Sourced Application”), you may have additional license rights with respect to use of the App on a shared basis within your designated family group.
