Usage Rules definition

Usage Rules means the following: Registration of Devices

Usage Rules means the content usage rules applicable to Licensed Programs available on the Licensed Service, as set forth in the attached Schedule D.

Usage Rules means the VOD Usage Rules and the DHE Usage Rules.

Examples of Usage Rules in a sentence

• To the extent that this Agreement provides for usage rules for the Licensed Application that are less restrictive than the Usage Rules set forth for Licensed Applications in, or otherwise are in conflict with, the App Store Terms of Service, then those more restrictive terms in the App Store Terms of Service also apply.

• Your license to use the Licensed Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on an iOS Product that You own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

• This license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Application on the applicable mobile device that you own or control (e.g., iDevice, iPod touch, Android device), in accordance with this Agreement, and, as applicable, Google Inc.’s (“Google”) “Android Market Terms of Service” (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/mobile/android/market-tos.html) or the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Inc.

More Definitions of Usage Rules

Usage Rules means those usage rules set forth on Schedule D attached hereto.

Usage Rules means that, for each request by the viewer for a delivery of an Included Program on the Licensed Service, Licensee shall only authorize the transmission of an Included Program by the means of Approved Transmission Means for viewing on one (1) Approved Device and shall prohibit digital file copying, transfer, retransmission, burning, downloading, distributing, recording or other copying of an Included Program in an unencrypted or viewable form whether within the Approved Device, to any another device (such as personal computers, game consoles, mobile phones) or to any removable medium (such as DVD, memory sticks, removable hard drives).

Usage Rules means the content usage rules applicable to Included Programs available on the Licensed Service. The current Usage Rules are set forth in the attached Schedule F. Licensee may change the Usage Rules from time to time during the Term. Licensee shall give Licensor a minimum of seventy-five (75) days prior written notice of any change to the Usage Rules and if such changed Usage Rules are less restrictive than the Usage Rules then currently in effect, Licensor shall have the right to terminate this Agreement on written notice to Licensee within sixty (60) days of Licensor’s receipt of written notice from Licensee of such changed Usage Rules.

Usage Rules means the Non-UV Usage Rules and the UV Usage Rules, as applicable.

Usage Rules means Schedule C to this Amendment.

Usage Rules means the VOD Usage Rules or the SVOD Usage Rules, as applicable.
