Annual Percentage Rate of Charge is the total cost of use of the Credit Amount for the Buyer (Interest, Contract Fee, Monthly Fee and other fees which are to be paid by the Buyer in connection with the Agreement and which are known to the Seller and/or the Factor at the time of entry into the Agreement), expressed as an annual percentage rate of the Credit Amount, and calculated based on the assumption that the Agreement will remain valid for the agreed period of time and that the Buyer will fulfil his obligations under the conditions and by the term set forth in the Agreement. Any costs and fees that cannot be determined by the Seller and/or the Factor at the time of entry into the Agreement, as well as the costs and fees to be paid by the Buyer upon breach of Agreement shall not be taken into account upon calculation of the Annual Percentage Rate of Charge. The Annual Percentage Rate of Charge has been presented for awareness purposes, is based on the contractual assumptions, and shall have no bearing on the contractual obligations and payable amounts. The calculation of the Annual Percentage Rate of Charge shall be governed by the formula established by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Estonia, with the result rounded off to two digits after the decimal point.

Annual Percentage Rate of Charge is the total cost of use of the Credit Amount for the Borrower (Interest, Contract Fee, Monthly Fee and other fees which are to be paid by the Borrower in connection with the Agreement and which are known to the Lender at the time of entry into the Agreement), expressed as an annual percentage rate of the Credit Amount, and calculated based on the assumption that the Agreement will remain valid for the agreed period of time and that the Borrower will fulfil his obligations under the conditions and by the terms set forth in the Agreement. Any costs and fees that are not known to the Lender at the time of entry into the Agreement, as well as the costs to be paid by the Borrower upon breach of Agreement shall not be taken into account upon calculation of the Annual Percentage Rate of Charge. Annual Percentage Rate of Charge. (APR): 21.34% based on an open Credit of 1,500 EUR and a yearly nominal interest rate of 19.50% amounting to 163.12 EUR and on the following assumptions: The total amount of the Credit is drawn down immediately and in full on purchases credited to the Card Account. The Credit is provided for a period of one year starting from the date of the initial drawdown, and the final payment made clears the balance of capital, interest and other charges, if any. The capital is repaid in equal monthly payments, commencing one month after the date of the initial drawdown. The interest and other fees shall be applied in accordance with the drawdowns and repayments of capital and as provided for in the Card Agreement.   • Mileage Rate The mileage rate for authorized travel – based on State of Florida rates on the Effective Date of this Agreement – is $0.445 per mile.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Rest Period After Overtime (a) When overtime work is necessary, it will, wherever reasonably practicable, be so arranged that employees have at least 10 consecutive hours off duty between the work of successive days or shifts, including overtime.

  • Wage Rate Payments / Changes During Contract Term The wages to be paid under any resulting Contract shall not be less than the prevailing rate of wages and supplements as set forth by law. It is required that the Contractor keep informed of all changes in the Prevailing Wage Rates during the Contract term that apply to the classes of individuals supplied by the Contractor on any projects resulting from this Contract, subject to the provisions of the Labor Law. Contractor is solely liable for and must pay such required prevailing wage adjustments during the Contract term as required by law.

  • Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed.
