PERCENTAGE GOAL. The goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation in the work to be performed under this contract is 0% of the contract amount. This goal is established in accordance with the provisions of the MOU.
PERCENTAGE GOAL. Each Contractor shall use their best efforts to ensure that, in each calendar year, for each Covered Project, at least twenty-five percent of Project Construction Work Hours are performed by Targeted Workers. Construction work hours to be credited toward the Percentage Goal may be hours of Project Construction Work or work on other construction projects performed by any Contractor.
PERCENTAGE GOAL. For Construction Prime Contracts worth over $100,000, the Prime Contractor shall use their best efforts to award at least 25% of the dollar value of the Prime Contract to Targeted Businesses (the “Percentage Goal”). In the event there are insufficient Targeted Businesses eligible to achieve the Percentage Goal, the definition and requirements of Targeted Businesses shall be expanded to include businesses headquartered in census tracts within Nassau County that have an area median income (“AMI”) no greater than 115% of the AMI for the Village of Hempstead.
