Annual Hours of Work. The annual hours of work exclusive of meal periods taken away from the work station but including paid holidays will be eighteen hundred and twenty-seven (1827), which is equivalent to an average of thirty-five (35) hours per week.
Annual Hours of Work. (i) The maximum annual class contact hours shall not exceed seven hundred and twenty (720) for instructor-led or nine hundred (900) for self-paced.
(ii) The weekly class contact hours may exceed those outlined in the Collective Agreement for CCP should the instructor opt to complete their annual class contact hours in a shorter time frame. Class contact hours shall be consistent with the academic schedule and the approval of the Xxxx of Instruction.
(iii) Statutory holidays are included in the seven hundred and twenty (720) or nine hundred (900) class contact hours for the assigned teaching period. Clause 32.4 (c) shall be in effect for the 1999/2000 academic year. It shall be reviewed by February 28, 2000 by the parties to determine its effect on student completion rates and financial costs. The parties shall also conduct a comparison of workloads between CCP Instructor-led classes and other BCGEU classes that are instructor-led and are based on an eighteen (18) hour student contact week. Subject to this review, the parties may continue with the identified class contact hours as per this memorandum or amend the class contact hours by mutual agreement.

Annual Hours of Work. (a) The annual hours of work exclusive of meal periods but including paid holidays will be 1950 which is equivalent to an average of 37½ hours per week.
(b) There shall be no payback for shortfall of annual working hours.
(c) Unless otherwise established by mutual agreement of the parties, normal hours of work shall be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. consisting of five shifts, seven and one‐half hours each with two consecutive days off. This Article 10.1(c) does not include Building Managers.
(d) For Building Managers, the standard workweek shall consist of five shifts of seven and one‐half hours during the normal workday, and are deemed on call at times other than the normal workday. The Building Manager shall have two consecutive days off in the workweek. The two consecutive days off shall commence at the end of shift on the fifth day of work and shall be free from employer related obligation and/or duties until the commencement of the shift of the scheduled first day back to work. Building Manager's activity devoted to maintaining the order and appearance of interior and exterior areas shall normally be conducted during the daytime period of the employee's workweek.
(e) Groundskeepers in the lower mainland shall work hours other than the standard work shift of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. As detailed below:
(1) The day following the change to daylight saving time in the spring, the groundskeeper shall change their working hours to 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
(2) The day following the daylight saving time change in the fall, groundskeepers shall revert back to the standard working shift of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(3) Taking into consideration operational requirements (e.g. effectiveness, client service, scheduling of work, noise bylaw revisions, etc.) the 7:30 a.m. start may be extended beyond (1) above to any period agreed by the management and staff at the local level.
(f) Time worked beyond the hours shown in (a), (d) and (e) shall be paid at the overtime rate.
Annual Hours of Work. The annual hours of work, exclusive of meal periods taken away from the workstation, but including paid holidays, will be nineteen hundred fifty-seven and one-half (1957½), which is equivalent to an average of thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week. The nineteen hundred fifty-seven and one-half (1957½) annual hours means that all work schedules will be based on that figure. Due to varying lengths of the calendar and work years, and the varying times that employees may begin and end their work schedules, an employee will be required to work an average of nineteen hundred fifty-seven and one-half (1957½) hours.

Annual Hours of Work. The minimum annual hours of work exclusive of meal periods taken away from the workstation but including paid holidays will be one thousand nine hundred and fifty-seven point five (1957.5) or two thousand eighty-eight (2088), which is equivalent to an average of thirty-seven point five (37.5) or forty (40) hours per week. The one thousand nine hundred and fifty-seven point five (1957.5) or two thousand eighty-eight (2088) annual hours means that all work schedules will be based on that figure. Due to varying lengths of the calendar and work years and the varying times that employees may begin and end their work schedules, an employee will be required to work an average of one thousand one thousand nine hundred and fifty-seven point five (1957.5) or two thousand and eighty-eight (2088) hours.
Annual Hours of Work. As per Appendix #2, the annual hours of work will equal 2,015 hours. This is based on 40 hours per week for six months beginning the pay period closest to October 15th of each year and ending the pay period closest to April 15th of each year for a total of 1,040 hours and 37½ hours for six months beginning the pay period closest to April 15th of each year and ending the pay period closest to October 15th of each year for a total of 975 hours.
