Work Station. Conservation Officers normally are assigned to work out of their home.

Work Station. Members shall be entitled to use one (1) unassigned work station (in “as is” condition) that includes a desk and a chair (“Work Station”). Members shall make no alterations to the Work Stations without the prior written consent of University.

The District will provide serviceable space, furniture (i.e., desk and chair) and equipment (i.e., phones, computers, etc.) necessary for each employee to complete their core responsibilities. Computers and associated technology will be regularly maintained and updated on a District replacement schedule. The District shall provide adequate space for rest breaks, restrooms and parking.
