Annexe. L’option d’achat d’actions et ma participation au régime seront assujetties à toutes modalités et conditions spéciales pour mon pays de résidence (et mon pays d’emploi, s’il est différent), tel que décrit dans l’annexe de cet accord de participation, le cas échéant. Le Gouvernement des États-Unis d’Amérique peut adopter ou maintenir des exceptions à l’obligation d’accorder le traitement national aux investissements couverts dans les secteurs ou concernant les domaines ci-dessous : l’énergie atomique; les agents en douane ; les licences relatives aux stations de radiodiffusion, de transport public ou aéronautiques ; COMSAT ; les subventions ou les aides, y compris les prêts, les garanties et les assurances bénéficiant d’un soutien public ; les mesures gouvernementales et locales exemptées de l’article 1102 de l’Accord de libre-échange nord- américain en vertu de son article 1108 ; l’installation de câbles sous-marins. Le traitement de la nation la plus favorisée est accordé dans les secteurs et les domaines indiqués ci-dessus.
