SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES. A. During the Term Contractor shall perform the Services (collectively, ”Contractor Services”) as described in its response to the Request for Proposal and set forth in more detail in Exhibit A, attached hereto. Such Services consist of processing collection samples and reporting test results to the Department of Public Health, to Comptroller and other stakeholders, as directed.

SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES. Freight brokered by USP and tendered by the USP Shipper to Carrier shall be accompanied by a Xxxx of Lading that, together with the Load Tender, will specify the Transportation Services agreed upon between Carrier and USP for each freight shipment. The Xxxx of Lading and Load Tender may be supplemented with additional instructions such as temperature control requirements as communicated in writing between the Parties (collectively, the Xxxx of Lading, Load Tender, and such supplemental documents are referred to as the ”Load Documents”). Documents for each USP shipment for which Carrier provides transportation shall name USP as “broker” and Carrier as “carrier.” If there is a wrongly worded document, the Parties will treat it as if prepared according to the preceding sentence.

The Services shall be provided for the Territory. The costs for the Services have been calculated and set based on i.a. costs and timing as set out in the Appendix 1.1 and Appendix 1.2.

Background The primary aim of the contract is to obtain data on passenger flows for each of the district/unitary authorities, government office regions and countries within Great Britain for 2011-12 and 2012-13 and publish on the XXX website for information. It aims to highlight the variation in travel patterns across the country and how these have developed since privatisation. Finally it also provides an annual update to the station usage figures which are used by a wide variety of stakeholders to inform key decisions. Required consultancy services To understand the methodology used in the most recent ODM and station usage datasets, the contractor will be expected, if necessary, to meet with the previous contract holder to gain a full understanding of how the datasets are built. The contractor will be required to take a flexible approach to the methodology used to build the datasets. It is important, where appropriate, to maintain consistency of data series’ over the years but there are limitations to the ODM and station usage datasets and an industry-wide working group has been set up to discuss potential improvements to methodology. The contractor will be expected to take part in the working group and, where feasible, incorporate any methodological changes arising out of the working group into the datasets.
