Amendments to Collective Agreement. This Part of the Memorandum of Agreement amends the collective agreement, and these amendments will apply to all workers represented by the Union.
Amendments to Collective Agreement. Any amendments that may be required to this Collective Agreement shall be reduced to writing in the form of a letter of intent and shall be signed by both parties including the President and one other officer of the Union and the Manager and their designee. Such letters that are duly signed shall be included in and form part of the Collective Agreement as of the applicable date.

LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #2 Between NORTHEC-XXXXXXXX X.X. and CONSTRUCTION WORKERS UNION, CLAC LOCAL 52 NIGHT SHIFT PREMIUM Employees working the night shift shall receive a Night Shift Premium of $1.00 per hour worked on said shift. Night shift is defined as the shift where the majority of hours are scheduled overnight (7:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m.). Day shifts that extend into night shift hours, shall be compensated per the overtime terms in the Collective Agreement and will not be eligible for night shift premium. The night shift premium is not considered part of base wages, and is paid as a separate premium. LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #3 Between NORTHEC-XXXXXXXX X.X. and CONSTRUCTION WORKERS UNION, CLAC LOCAL 52 BUS TRAVEL ALLOWANCE Employees will be provided an allowance for bus travel to and from the Project as follows: From the Côté Gold Sudbury Bus Terminal: $80 per rotation; or From the Côté Gold Timmins Bus Terminal: $60 per rotation. The Bus Travel Allowance will be paid on the payroll week that the employee leaves the site following their rotation. All Travel Conditions outlined in Article 14 of the Collective Agreement shall apply to the Bus Travel Allowance.
