Advertiser. We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information in certain areas of the Site and the App such as sidebar advertisements or banner advertisements. If you are an advertiser, you should take full responsibility for any advertisements you place on the Site and/or the App, and any services provided on the Site and/or the App, or products sold through those advertisements. Further, as an advertiser, you warrant and represent that you possess all rights and authority to place advertisements on the Site and/or the App, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, and contractual rights. We simply provide the space to place such advertisements, and we have no other relationship with advertisers.
Advertiser refers to the entity that advertises and promotes products and services to users through the Tencent advertising service platform, including sub-customer advertisers and direct customer advertisers.
Advertiser. A person or entity that has executed a Digital Advertising Agreement and pays the Advertising Fees in exchange for the creation and presentation of an Advertisement at one or more Digital Host Sites.
Advertiser. Only commercial announcements advertising the products of a single advertiser may be made during any one session and the overtime related thereto. NATIONAL RECORDING FEES AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR MUSICIANS, LEADERS AND CONTRACTORS Instrumentalists, leaders and contractors shall be paid not less than the fees set forth below and the conditions set forth shall apply.
Advertiser. Agency acknowledge that all advertising copy materials prepared by Worth are based upon the information, drawings, designs, and /or plans submitted by advertiser and/or its advertising agency. Advertiser/Agency acknowledge all advertising copy materials prepared by Worth shall remain Worth’s sole property.
Advertiser. Xxxxxx.xxx LP (“Xxxxxx.xxx”) with respect to Hotels.com-branded websites in each country (e.g. xxxxxx.xxx, xx.xxxxxx.xxx, etc.) Publisher: TripAdvisor LLC, TripAdvisor Limited, and TripAdvisor Singapore Private Limited (collectively, “TripAdvisor”)
Advertiser and Agency each expressly represent and warrant that each is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter of all requested advertisements (including, without limitation, all text and graphics), and that all such materials are truthful and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and each hereby acknowledge that Publisher is relying upon such representations and warranties.
Advertiser. Any natural or legal person who is responsible for the production or the broadcasting costs of a commercial.
Advertiser. As between Advertiser and Branch, Advertiser retains ownership of the Ad Content, and Advertiser Data, in each case, subject to Branch’s usage rights under this Agreement. “Advertiser Data” means (i) the Advertiser Targeting Data; and (ii) the data that specifically identifies Advertiser that is generated by or from Advertiser’s use of Services. Branch may use and disclose the Advertiser Data: (1) to perform Advertiser’s obligations under this Agreement; (2) to operate, support, maintain and enhance the Services; (3) to disclose aggregate statistics about Branch’s Discovery Ads service in a manner that prevents individual identification of Advertiser; (4) in accordance with a judicial or other governmental order or as may be required by law, in accordance with Section 8; and/or (5) as otherwise expressly authorized by Advertiser.
Advertiser. Advertiser agrees that it will not disclose to any third party any information which Advertiser knew or reasonably should have known was confidential or proprietary information of Publisher, including any non-public information related to the internal operation, fulfillment or component parts of any Service (including any Comprehensive Advertising Plan). With respect to any Service, Xxxxxxxxxx agrees not to make any public announcement regarding Advertiser’s participation in or the specific terms of such Services (whether made in any advertisement, news release, or business presentation to any professional or trade publication or other public announcement) without the prior written consent of Publisher, which may be withheld in Publisher’s sole discretion. With respect to any Plan, Xxxxxxxxxx agrees that any information concerning the component parts of the Plan or the strategy of how the Plan was developed shall be the confidential and proprietary information of Publisher. Without limiting Publisher’s remedies available to it at law, Xxxxxxxxxx agrees that Publisher is entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief, in order to enforce these provisions.
